BELLVILLE: Juston Rayburn, age 29, of Columbus and recently of Bellville passed away at home Saturday morning, July 26, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of hard work, laughter, and love for both people and animals.

He was born in Columbus on June 12, 1996 and graduated from Grandview Heights High School.

From a young age, Juston loved to be active - he played baseball, competed in wrestling, rode horses, and even learned to ride a unicycle. Juston had a gift for working with his hands. He loved building, tinkering, doing construction, or any job that kept him outdoors. He was never happier than when he was fixing something - or figuring out how to. At home there was always mowing to be done - a chore he truly hated, but reluctantly completed after being told get off your @$$ and mow the grass!

He had a huge heart for animals. He adored dogs, took in a raccoon, and once even tried to bring home a possum. If there was a stray nearby, chances are Juston would try to rescue it. He found peace swimming in the family pond, hanging out with his cousins and family, and being surrounded by nature and the creatures he loved.

Each week, he attended church and Bible study with his girlfriend Mataya at Christ Fellowship, growing his faith with quiet dedication.

Juston had an ornery sense of humor that could catch anyone off guard. One of his favorite lines was, "I got something for ya," always followed by a mischievous hand gesture. If that didn't get the reaction he wanted, he'd grin and say it was a "buy one, get one free special" - and throw the gesture again with the other hand.

He was genuine, loyal, and full of personality - and the people who knew him will never forget the way he made them laugh or the way he showed up when it counted. Juston will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his parents Windy and Charles Wofford, siblings Elizabeth Rayburn (Shawn Michael) of Bellville, Tommy Wofford (Raven Marvin) of Granite City, IL, nephews and niece Evan, Jeremiah, Mary and William, and many extended family and friends.

Juston was preceded in death by a sister Danielle Rayburn.

Friends may call Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 5 pm to 8 pm in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, 81 Mill Road, Bellville Ohio.
