Dear Juwana's Friends and Family,
I am one of the Sr Operational Trainers here at UHC in Provider Services. I had the pleasure of meeting Juwana and having her in my training class in her newest role at UHC. She came in with smiles, support, knowledge, and the most amazing attitude for success. From the first day she became a shining light for all of us; her newest set of work family.
Her passing has hit hard and my condolences are deep for those she has left on this Earth. Hold your memories high for her and keep your love running strong. Watch for signs she's with you; she is with you always.
Shine bright from heaven, Juwana. You will be missed always.

Even in such a huge company with so many people and miles away from each other, Juwana managed to touch hearts on our team quickly. Her kindness and beautiful spirit was very impactful and I am grateful/honored I had the opportunity to work with her and experience that. She will be missed dearly! Rest peacefully Juwana Tate

Sending my heartfelt condolences to her family. I just met Juwana on Dec 1 at United Health Care and felt like we knew her longer she was so kind friendly and very helpful to each of us. She is deeply missed. The angels in Heaven are rejoicing welcoming her with open arms May she Rest in Heaven.
