In Loving Memory Of
Kacey Garrett, 38, of Van Buren, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025. She was born on September 3, 1986, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Michael and Evelyn Brown. Family was the center of Kacey's life, and she cherished every moment spent with her children. She was eagerly anticipating the birth of her first grandchild, though sadly, it was not yet time for his arrival.
An avid animal lover, Kacey had a deep affection for her cats and dogs, finding joy and companionship in their presence. She is survived by her children, Emily Brown of Dyer, Arkansas, and Devin and Raelyn Garrett of Van Buren, Arkansas. She also leaves behind her brothers, Brandon Brown of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Michael Bell and his wife Sharla of Barling, as well as her sisters, Kelly Loyd and husband Jonathan of Van Buren, Arkansas, Katie Alverson and husband Justin of Van Buren, Arkansas, and Lisa Gifford and husband Brian of Cedarville, Arkansas.
Kacey was preceded in death by her father, Michael Brown. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. There will be a small graveside service for immediate family Thursday March 13th. Cremation is under the thoughtful care of River Glenn Cremation and Funeral Services.
