Kacy Logan Pelletier

Kacy Logan Pelletier, 30, died March 26, 2026 unexpectedly at her residence in Perham. Kacy was born February 2, 1996 at E.M.M.C. in Bangor, the daughter of Angela (Pelletier) Belk and Tyler Belk. She was affectionately given the name Bougie by her grampie at a young age. Kacy attended Washburn Elementary and Mattawanacook Academy.

She is survived by her mother Angela Belk and father Tyler Belk of Perham. Siblings Brittney Brown, Corey White Jr and Kassy Belk. Grandparents Judith and William Belk. Aunts Michelle Pelletier and Julie Belk, uncles Barry Tarbox and Mike Strom. Kacy was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Robert Joseph Pelletier (Frenchy) and Bridget Charmaine Pelletier. A special friend Dakota Powers of Lincoln.

Kacy was beautiful inside and out. She valued all life especially animals. She loved hard and gave it easily. She had a special spot for children especially those needing a little more. She made friends wherever she went and if you were one of the lucky ones you felt it instantly. She will sadly be missed by her fur babies Jolene, Nola, Boomer Biggins, Calypso and Bridget.

A celebration of her life will be Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 2pm at Deans Motor Lodge in Portage. Family will have a graveside burial at a later date.
