A Celebration of Life service, with US Navy Funeral Honors, for Kaleb DuBose, 34, of Lexington, will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC 29073. Pastor Jim Johnson will officiate. The family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service (3:00 – 4:00 PM) at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.
Kaleb DuBose passed away on August 29, 2023. Born in Sumter, SC, he was a son of Tommy L. DuBose of Sumter. Kaleb graduated from Lawrence Manning Academy, and then served his country in the US Navy as a Mineman, 1 Class. Kaleb was a loving son, husband, father, brother and friend who loved his family. He was a stay-at-home Dad, and his children meant the world to him.
In addition to his father, Kaleb is survived by his loving wife of 10 years Savannah DuBose; children, daughter, Harleigh; sons, Elijah, Noah, and Caleb DuBose; brother, Daniel Thomas DuBose (Amanda) of Sumter; sister, Jonee L. Hensley of Sumter. Kaleb is also survived by his loving dogs, Minnie and Rex.

Something about Kaleb I'll always remember is how fiercely he loved his mama. She was there for him through his pain and supported him to the end. Rest easy K-Bear.

To Kaleb´s wife Savannah, his children and brother Daniel and sister-in-law Amanda and family and sister Jonee Hensley and husband and family....we just found out today that Kaleb had passed away. We are sorry for your loss. We had the opportunity of meeting and getting to know Kaleb during his tenure at Lowe´s. He was a very focused and personable young man when we met him and became our go to guy at Lowe´s while building our house. It was a pleasure knowing him and he will truly be missed but not forgotten. Our sincerest condolences, Devon and Tami
