Karen is survived by 3 children: Lisa Marie Winger-Hartman, Kathy A. Waltman, and James A. Bleacher. Also surviving is a grandson, Brandon J. Bleacher. She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur T. Winger and a son-in-law, Kenneth O. Waltman.
A Funeral Service will take place at True Gospel Baptist Church, 853 Scotland Rd., Quarryville, PA on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Roland officiating. There will be a viewing at the church from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be private.
Kindly omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice and Community Care, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.

My deepest sympathy to the family and you Jim, I will hold Karen (Sister) forever in my heart. I will miss her always and was so happy that she chose me to be part of the family, she will always be my special friend and Sister. Love and prayers for you all. From, Paulette
