Karen Kersch Obituary
Visitation for Karen N. Kersch, 66, of Schaumburg, will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, also at the funeral home. The Interment will follow at Oakridge - Glen Oak Cemetery, Hillside.
Karen was born on April 26, 1959, to Anton and Florence Kersch. She passed away at home on Friday, May 2, 2025. She was an active member in the community through her participation with church and her ongoing volunteer work with NAMI and Northwest Community Hospital.
Karen was the loving sister of Carol Ziolo; cherished aunt of Jason (Brooke) Ziolo and Jonathan Ziolo; dear great-aunt of Aydan, Ashley, and Austin Ziolo. She is also survived by many dear, supportive friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Anton Kersch Jr.
