Karen A. Spitznagel, 60, of Providence, passed away Wednesday, November 13, at the Miriam Hospital. Born April 25, 1964, in Providence, she was one of nine children of the late Herbert and Norma (Hopp) Spitznagel.
Karen leaves her sisters, Sheila Spitznagel and Lisa Spitznagel, and was predeceased by her brother Herbert Spitznagel Jr., and her sisters, Linda Curley, Donna Spitznagel, Brenda Cross, Sherry Spitznagel and Lori Parker.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, Nov. 22, from 11am until 12noon in the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, followed by a funeral service at 1pm in the chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
