Obituary for Karen Lyn Wilcox
Karen Lyn Wilcox passed away peacefully at 2:05 p.m. on November 5, 2025, after a courageous and stubborn battle with cancer. Though she fought with strength and grace, she ultimately found her rest.
Karen is survived by her devoted husband, Ken Wilcox; her loving daughter, Ashely (Javier) Martinez; her son, Eric (Victoria) Gillihan; and her three sisters - Laurie, Merlyn, and Gail. She was preceded in death by her beloved middle child, Jennifer Ann Davis, and her mother, Marjorie Metcalf, with whom she is now lovingly reunited in heaven.
She also leaves behind seven cherished grandchildren - Annika, Raelyn, Amelia, Levi, Weston, Braden, and Tucker - who will carry forward her love, laughter, and legacy.
Karen's life was defined by her compassion, resilience, and deep love for her family. Her presence will be profoundly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Road, Moxee, on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., preceded by a Viewing at 10:00 a.m.
Following the Memorial Service, a Graveside Service will take place at Terrace Heights Memorial Park, 3001 Terrace Heights Drive, Yakima.
