She is survived by her son Mason Small, her mother Carolyn Howard-Small, her two sisters Kathy Simrell and husband Ron, Kelli Friend, her niece and many nephews.

I use to work with Karla and she was a great co-worker , so sweet and caring. I remember her bringing in her mom´s cucumber sandwiches for us. So yummy . She will be missed . Love , hugs , and prayers for all of you.
