Kasey Kruse Obituary

Visit the Simply Cremation - Green Bay website to view the full obituary.

Kasey was always the funniest person in the room and had the most pure soul. He would talk to anyone and everyone, he really enjoyed people and people really enjoyed him. He rarely judged, and I think a lot of people looked up to that characteristic he had. People will remember him and smile when they think or talk about him, he truly was a gift and child of God.

Kasey worked at his Family business, Molding and Millwork Specialties as a machine operator along with his older brother Andy, his Father David, and soon to be brother-in-law Dylan. Kasey loved hockey, he played his whole childhood and continued skating into his adulthood. He loved going to St Norbert Men's hockey games with friends and family. His favorite NHL team was the Detroit Red Wings, but he enjoyed watching any hockey game. Kasey coached his little brother Karsen's Bobcat hockey team at Cornerstone Ice Arena, along with other Bobcat Boy's Teams. He was so proud of his sister Kristina who has also played all of her childhood; he would show anyone and everyone the video of her breakaway goal at the 2023 State Championship that they won. He was his 5 siblings biggest supporter. Very proud of his brother Karsen's golf game, in which they shared passion and great talent for, even though as Karsen got older he began to beat him. He was very proud he was breaking school records and told everyone he knew. Kasey was proud of his motorcycle (yellow & named Lucy). He absolutely loved spending time going to the gun range, car shows, or anything really alongside his eldest brother, Andy, who he called Captain and himself Co-Captain. He loved pranking/scaring his mom and sister Karissa, he always knew how to bring laughter everywhere he went. He enjoyed his sister Karmen’s peaceful presence and their shared faith. Kasey loved fishing with his friends and his niece Zoey, he loved teaching her and had the most genuine patience. He loved that the older he got he continued to look like a mini version of his father, David, who taught him so many things. Kasey loved golfing and hunting with his dad and even harvested a wild boar with a bow at a very young age of 10 years old. He enjoyed (most) of his sister Karissa's cooking, when they lived together they loved watching movies at night, with the comfortable set up his sister would make him.

Kasey also loved Football (especially the Green Bay Packers, he would attend in low temperatures shirtless to cheer on his team & knew so many stats), Golf, Fishing, Crandon Off Road Races (also knew all the stats of that), being around his family, especially his nieces Riley, Zoey & Maisey (Moo), being in Crandon at his family's lake house, and hanging out with his amazing friends. They all did a great range of things together, always having fun, always so much laughter. Kasey had a passion of making other people laugh, especially his mother Sandy, who was his favorite person to make laugh as he would then mock her laugh and everyone laughed even harder. Laughter and quality time were his love languages.

Kasey passed away on November 26th, 2024. He was born to David and Sandy (Briquelet) Kruse on August 14th, 1998. He is survived by his Parents David and Sandy Kruse. His 5 Siblings, Andrew Wiemer & his wife (Sarah (Olmstead) Wiemer), Karissa Kruse & her Fiance (Dylan Ranguette), Karmen Kruse, Kristina Kruse, & Karsen Kruse. His 3 Nieces Riley, Zoey and Maisey Wiemer.

Along with his Grandmother Gloria Briquelet, Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, & friends. Those greeting him at the gates of Heaven are his Grandfather's Donald Kruse & Richard Briquelet, his Grandmother Anne Marie Kruse, and 2 Aunts, Missy Kruse and Susan Bellin.

A Celebration of life for Kasey will be held on February 1st, 2025 at Thornberry Creek from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Anyone who knew Kasey or the Family is welcome. Karissa will be posting on Facebook more details about the Celebration of life.
