Kate Murray

MURRAY, Kate of the Bronx and Croton-on-Hudson, NY., formerly of Clare, County Galway, Ireland, passed away on February 25, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Myles S. Murray. Devoted mother of Margaret M. Sullivan and her husband Daniel of West Roxbury, and the late Stephen P. Murray (NYPD) and his surviving wife Melanie. Loving grandmother of Julia, Isabelle, and Olivia Sullivan, and Savanna and Fallon Murray. Dear sister of the late Mary, Nora, Nellie, and Margaret. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Tuesday, March 3rd from 8:30-9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Theresa Chapel, West Roxbury at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
