Kathe T. Cooper, 82, of Waukesha County, Wisconsin, peacefully completed life's journey on February 6, 2026.
Born in Milwaukee to Warren and Maryalice Mead, Kathe was raised in Waterloo, Iowa. As an adult she had also lived in California, Illinois, and Italy.
An impeccable cook, accomplished craftsperson, intrepid traveler, and serial entrepreneur, Kathe had also volunteered countless hours to various charitable causes throughout her life.
Kathe loved and is survived by her four sons, Alex, Jonathan, Joe, and Peter, as well as her brother Stu. She was preceded in passing by her parents Warren and Maryalice, and her brother Jerry.
As per her wishes, there will not be a formal funeral. Instead, Kathe would like you to celebrate her memory in your own way by sharing something meaningful with those you love, be that a warm meal, a handmade gift, or simply a kind word.
