Katherine Denise Duck age 39 of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Baptist Health in Little Rock. She was born January 4, 1986 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Luther Duck and Carron Hanks Mahan and her stepfather, Charles who was very special to her and she called him Pops. She attended the Bread of Life Jesus Name Church and she loved art, poetry and having crawfish boils. Katherine was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene Hanks and Elmer Duck.
Survivors include her son, Jackson Guynes; father of her son, John Douglas Guynes (Magen) and their son, Henry Guynes; her mother, Carron Mahan (Charles); father, Luther Duck (Margie); two brothers, Kevin Duck, John Duck (Ashton); nephews, Jace Duck, Devin Duck; special nephew, Kaleb Duck; niece, Haley Duck; grandparents, Nancy Mayon, JoAnn Duck and her companion, Jim Baker of 12 years.

Katherine(Katy) was such a special person, kind, loving and a genuine person who I became very close friends with, her passing leaves a big hole in my life that could never be filled. Jackson, she loved you so very much, just remember she will never leave you
