Kathi Jo Scott, 60 of Sapulpa, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on August 26, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Phillip Samuel Scott and Charlotte Jean (Rose) Stephens.
Kathi was a nail tech and a proud member of the Muscogee Creek Nation. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters and the simple things in life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Billy Joe Burr and Jeffery Allen Burr.
Kathi is survived by her two granddaughters, Jade Burr of Hartshorne, Oklahoma and Jadi Burr of Hanna, Oklahoma.
Viewing for Kathi will be on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 2:00 PM till 6:00 PM at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma 74437.
