Kathleen Sharon Dapper

Kathleen Sharon Stedman/Dapper passed away on October 4, 2023. She is a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She is survived by her three children, Kim (Kenny) Willhite, Debbie (Matt) Kurtz, and Bob (Teresa) Stedman, her five grandchildren Heidi Stedman, Sabrina Cooksey, Olivia Minten, Sam Stedman, and Thomas Stedman, her two great-grandchildren Vance and Zeke Cooksey, her brother John (Vicki) DeWaide as well as her five stepchildren, Bobby (Irene) Dapper, Lyn Dapper, Dru Dapper, Shawn (Keith) Masse, and Robin (Michael) Stokes, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Her love of life extended to all those around her. Her vivacious spirit, generous hospitality, and loving interest embraced all who knew her. She had a gift of making each person feel special and loved. She had a long career in the mortgage finance business. At her retirement, she served her community as a volunteer for Breast Cancer Solutions, the Soroptimists of Orange County, a docent for the Orange County Museum of Art, and as a volunteer at her local Episcopal church. She was adored by many and will be dearly missed.
All family and friends are invited to attend her memorial service to be held on Sunday, November 12 at 1 PM at Saint Mary's Episcopal Church, 428 Park Avenue, Laguna Beach, CA 92651-2337.
