Kathleen "Kathy" Enright, beloved mother, grandma, nama, nana, aunt, and friend, passed away on May 16th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son Charles Enright. She is survived by her children Patty (Brian) Taylor, James (Antonina) Enright, Kerry (Edward) Reno, and Jaeleaha Enright. Also survived by the loves of her life, her grandchildren Eric (Sophie) Cantor, Brandon Enright, Drew (Lindsey) Cantor, Dalton Taylor, Ryan (Jenna) Enright, Brittany (Mitchell) Reno, Madison Taylor, Cole Cantor, Jacob Reno, Morgan Reno & Jackson Taylor. Her many lifelong friends and nieces and nephews.
Kathy was born in Syracuse, New York and moved to Rochester, New York as a teenager. She retired in 2012 after a long career with Johnson & Johnson. In the 12 years since her retirement she selflessly adopted Jaeleaha, who became a beautiful and vibrant addition to our family. Jaeleaha and Kathy had an inseparable bond that kept Kathy young and energetic.
She was a devout member and active eucharistic minister at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Rochester, New York for over 20 years. She was charitable and deeply cared about her community and family. She was a loving and nurturing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her sense of humor always made her the life of the party and her ability to make everyone she met feel important and loved was always evident.
Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday May 22nd from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home on 777 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY. The funeral service will be held on Thursday May 23rd at 10:00 am at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church on 1000 N Greece Road, Rochester, NY. In lieu of flowers please make a charitable donation in Kathy's memory.
