Kathleen was the daughter of the late Catherine and Alexander Martin and was born in Philadelphia. She graduated from West Catholic High School for Girls.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi parish. She enjoyed her family, the Phillies, and college basketball games.
Beloved wife of late Daniel Fahey; Loving Mother of the late Mary Kay. She is predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth Ingelsby and Helen Grinnan She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and more.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 9:30am St. Francis of Assisi Church, 136 Saxer Ave. Springfield, PA 19064 and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am in the Church. Int Holy Cross Cemetery.

I hope and pray you are with Jesus and Mary right now. I also pray you are reunited with your beloved Dan and Mary Kay.
No more tears. Your joy and fun loving nature are missed already. I miss you, and all the talks we had and advice you gave me.
