Kathleen Charlene Fulmer, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, in Fairbanks, Alaska, at the age of 81.

Born on December 23, 1943, Kathleen dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home for her family. She and her beloved husband, Scott, made Fairbanks their permanent home in 1964. She embraced the roles of homemaker, wife, and mother with grace and unwavering commitment, providing a foundation of love and support that her family will cherish forever.

Kathleen was a woman of many talents and found joy in her creative pursuits. She was an avid enthusiast of sewing, crafts, and embroidery, creating beautiful pieces that reflected her skill and passion. These handmade treasures are lasting reminders of her artistry and her dedication to making her home a beautiful space.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Scott B. Fulmer.

She is survived by her loving children, Larry Fulmer, Lee Fulmer, and Patty Fulmer Olsen. She was a cherished grandmother to Major Kevin James Fulmer, Mackenzie Cheyenne Fulmer, Kaylee Rose Fulmer, and Amy Irene Olsen, and was also blessed with five great-grandchildren, who brightened her days with their innocent wonder and endless energy.

Her legacy of love, creativity, and commitment to family will continue to live on through each of them.

We will hold her in our hearts until the end of time, grateful for the moments we shared and the love she gave so freely. Rest in peace, dear Kathy. Your job is done here; you made the world a better place.

A private family ceremony will be held on Friday, October 10th. Interment will follow at Northern Lights Memorial Park.
