On October 17 , 2025, Kathleen L. Graziano, age 69, found peace and joined our heavenly father to reunite with the many loved ones who have gone prior.

Born in Queens, NY on June 10, 1956 to Patricia (nee Fannon) and Charles"Bud" Lynch. She grew up in Hicksville on Long Island. She graduated from Hicksville High school, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing from SUNY- Geneseo. Subsequently, she obtained her Master's degree from Marymount College. Due to her love of teaching and history, she moved to Virginia and worked for Appomattox, Manassas Park, and Fairfax public school systems during her teaching career.

In 1986, she married Tom Graziano and moved to Danbury, CT while he completed a residency in Internal Medicine.

With her husband, she relocated to Oakton, VA. She loved her work with special needs children, her two sons, Matthew and Mark and her grandchildren, Blair and Warren.

A devoted educator, a caring friend, a loving wife, a nurturing mother, and involved grandmother she leaves sorrowful family, longtime friends and

acquaintances.

Her positive attitude, her infectious laughter, and her wisdom will be sorely missed.

No viewing or graveside services are scheduled, however, a memorial mass will be scheduled at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Nashville at a later date.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
