Kathleen Keating Obituary
Kathleen Mary Keating, 100, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024. Born on April 22, 1924, Kathleen lived a century filled with love, adventure, and devotion to her family and faith.
Kathleen had a deep love for her family, especially her cherished dogs, who were constant companions throughout her life. Her passion for travel took her to many places, where she embraced new experiences and created lasting memories.
A devout member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, Kathleen remained active in her parish. Her faith and dedication to her community were a cornerstone of her life.
Kathleen is survived by her two sons, four grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
A funeral service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church on Friday, December 27, 2024, at noon. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery. Public visitation will begin at 9:00 AM at Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles, with the reciting of the Rosary at 11:00 AM.
Kathleen's warmth, adventurous spirit, and unwavering love will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
