Kathleen W. Lambert

Kathleen W. "Mamaw Kat" Lambert was born December 26, 1930 in Bethel Springs, TN the daughter of the late Jim Woods and Mattie Lane Woods.
Kathleen was a faithful member of Eastside Church of Christ until her health began to decline. For several years, Kathleen dedicated her time to the Brown Shoe Company. She also generously opened her heart and home as a babysitter for 15 years, offering love and care to many children.
Kathleen also devoted herself to her community as a volunteer for the McNairy County General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, embodying selflessness and compassion in all her undertakings. Above all, she held a profound love for her family.
Kathleen departed this life on October 25, 2025 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 94 Years, 9 Months, 29 Days.
She is survived by two sons, Darrell Lambert (Eyvon) and Bill Lambert (Beverly); four grandchildren: Jamie Lambert (Andrea), Brian Lambert (Vikki), Kevin Cox (Chrissy), and Hollie Derryberry (Josh); seven great grandchildren: Olivia Lambert, Bronwyn Walker (Sam), Skyler Cox, Macon Derryberry, Sutton Derryberry, Brent Bachman (Avery), and Blake Bachman; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by a daughter, Doris Hill; four sisters: Lucille Woods, Lenile Archer, Narcissus Douglas, and Vonnie Dallas; a brother, W.T. Woods.
