Kathleen Lenore Meyer

Kathleen (Kathy) Lenore Meyer, age 76, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025. She was proceeded in death by her parents Edward and Margaret (nee Hill) Meyer from Downers Grove and her brother, Edward (Susan) Meyer. She is survived by her sister Maureen Meyer; sons Patrick (Kelly) Weiland and Shamus (Heather) Weiland; grandchildren Shamus, Eamon (Karina), James, Maeve, Olivia, Greta, and Evangeline Weiland; niece Maria Meyer. Kathy was a proud alumna of Nazareth Academy and received her nursing degree from St. Xavier College. She helped bring countless children into the world while serving as a delivery nurse. She was a long time resident of LaGrange, IL where she created and tended to her award winning garden. She loved all things Irish, summers at lake cottages, the sound of the ocean, and holidays with family.
Kathy's life will be celebrated on Saturday, November 29 at 10am at Saint Cletus Church, located at 600 W 55th St, La Grange, IL.
