Kathleen "Kathy" Polewan, 78, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
She was born on May 1, 1945, to the late John and Marie (nee Besewski) Kaiser in Cleveland, Ohio.
Kathy attended the Nazareth Academy and graduated in 1965. She married Donald Polewan on July 29, 1967. They have been married for 56 years.
She loved to keep busy. Kathy enjoyed shopping for clothes and shoes, decorating her home, sewing, going out to eat, feeding the squirrels, and watching the Cleveland Browns. She adored all animals but especially her grand-dogs King, Riley, Budder, and Bella.
In addition to her husband, Donald Polewan, she is survived by her children Robert and Christine Polewan.
She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her sister Bernice Uskert.
VISITATION will be held on MONDAY, February 19th from 3pm – 7pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will take place on TUESDAY, February 20th at 11am at ST. JOHN NEUMANN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 16271 Pearl Road, Strongsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cleveland APL.
