Kathlene A. Lukasik

Kathlene A. Lukasik, aged 62, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025. She was born on November 9, 1963, in Fullerton, California, Kathlene was a beacon of strength and joy to all who knew her. She was the cherished wife of Jeffery Lukasik, with whom she shared 32 years of unwavering love and companionship. Together, they built a life full of laughter, support, and mutual respect.

Kathlene's spirit of nurturing and care extended to her role as a devoted mother to her son Tyler Lukasik and his fiancée Holly Cooper. She was the heart of her family, a role she embraced with every fiber of her being. The daughter of the late Michael McMann and Charlene Bates-McMann and sister of Michael McMann (Joann) and the late Patrick McMann (Kimberly; surviving). A Memorial Gathering will be held on THURSDAY, JANUARY 15, 2025 from 4PM-7PM with a Memorial Service to begin at 7PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. A burial will take place on FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2025 at 1:15PM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH. Please meet at the cemetery.
