Mary Rooks Obituary
Dear sister of Gregory Rooks, Sr. and sister-in-law, Millie. Cherished Aunt of Amy Schubert (Matt) and Gregory Rooks, Jr. (Beckie). Loving great-aunt to Skylar and Brianna.
Mary's legacy is one of value, especially in her work at M.T.D. Products (nka Stanley Black & Decker) where she gave 52 years of unwavering service and loyalty.
Beyond her work, Mary was true to her faith and regularly attended mass at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish. She was also dedicated to her family and was so incredibly loved by so many. Her absence will be deeply felt by all, and she will be missed so much.
Private family service and cremation will be handled by Jardine Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in celebration of Mary's life can be made to your favorite charity of choice.

I had the pleasure of knowing Mary for 3 years and cannot think of a nicer person. She was a client that became a dear friend. My wife and I have struggled trying to have a child and Mary was always praying for us and supportive. I became a Dad at the end of January and so wish I could have shown her photos of my baby boy. My prayers are with the family during this time and I will miss her very much.

Mary was a great friend whom I enjoyed working with for many years at MTD, my heart is aching as I remember her wonderful personality and friendship. She cared about everyone God bless her soul.

Mary was my neighbor for over twenty -one years. She always looked out for me and was always there if she was needed . I will greatly miss her and her friendship.

I had the honor of knowing Mary through her work, and she was truly a joy to collaborate with. My fondest memories are of our phone calls, where we would discuss business for a bit before moving on to anything else but work.
She taught me a great deal, and we both shared the same work ethic. Mary, I miss our chats, but you will always be in my heart. You were a wonderful person, inside and out.
