Kathryn Naomi Brobst, 105, of Windham, OH passed away Monday, July 28, 2025, at her home.

She was born August 12, 1919, in Akron, OH, the daughter of the late Theodore Amos and the late Minnie Minerva (Fausnight) Brumbaugh.

Kathryn was a graduate of Braceville High School and was homemaker. She was a devout Christian and was always involved in the church.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Brobst, Cynthia (John) Merva, and Rex Brobst; grandchildren, Matthew (Leslie), Rachel (John), Zane (Kate), and Joshua (Melissa); and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Brobst; and siblings, Elmer, Viola, Elsie, Ralph, Walter, Forrest, Ruth, Lloyd, and Doris.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Windham Bible Church, where Pastor Robert Harner and Pastor Matthew Brobst will officiate.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Windham Bible Church, 9550 Windham Parkman Road, Windham, OH 44288 and again one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Interment will be in Windham Cemetery, Windham, OH.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.

Kate was like a second mother to me growing up. Her long life was an inspiration to me. I last saw her at my dad´s funeral and remember her being at my mom´s funeral. Her hugs meant the world to me.. Condolences to Rex, Dan and Cindy.
