Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Larry Cuddy; son, Joshua Cuddy (Alysha); mother, Mary Ann
Yoakam; brother, Gary Cooper (Waurayne); nieces, Tatiana and Makayla Cooper; and great niece,
Maliyah Cooper.
Kathy was a nurturing and loving mother, a devoted wife, a kind and caring friend, and she will be missed
by all those who were fortunate enough to be touched by her sweet spirit.
She never met a stranger, and daily demonstrated her love in God through her kindness to others and
countless unselfish acts. She instilled a lifetime of treasured memories and love of music to her son,
Josh.
The family will have a Chapel Service on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 11:00am at Simpson Funeral
Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, VA 24019. A Receiving of Friends/Visitation will be held one
hour prior from 10:00 – 11:00am.
