Kathryn Paitakis Obituary

Born and raised in New Brunswick, she moved to South Brunswick in 1968 then to Princeton over 4 years ago.
With her husband, she was a co-proprietor of Christopher's Pub and the Elm Row Sandwich Shop, both in New Brunswick.
Catherine was a parishioner of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway where she was also a Sunday School teacher. Catherine also enjoyed gardening, cooking, listening to Elvis, taking care of her home, and especially spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Christ in 1995; grandson, CJ in 2008; son-in-law; Nicholas Gallicchio in 2018; and brothers, Harry Ferguson Jr. and Vincent Ferguson.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher & Valerie of Crystal Beach, Florida and Jonathan & Renee of Princeton; daughter, Kathleen Gallicchio of Howell; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, August 18th at 10 AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1101 River Road, Piscataway with funeral services beginning at 11 AM. Burial to follow in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.

My memory of my grandmother is to many. But the one that sticks out is as a kid sneaking to the elm row without my mom knowing and having lunch with her she was wonderful and will always be in my heart
