Maryann Paitakis Obituary

Mrs. Paitakis was born in New Brunswick and was a resident of Franklin Township for many years. She and her husband George owned and operated Salon 27 in Somerset for many years before retiring. She and George living in there home that they built in Princeton and enjoyed having guests over for parties and get togethers. She was a wonderful cook, enjoyed gardening and being with her pets.
She was pre deceased by her husband George in 2019.
Mrs. Paitakis is survived by her nephews John and Chris Paitakis and all of her extended family including Julius Paitakis, Valerie Paitakis, Mason Paitakis, John Zues Paitakis, and Aries and Athena Paitakis.
Visiting will be held from 10:30 -11:30 AM on Thursday December 4, 2025 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 and graveside services will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in North Brunswick.
