Kathryn Sue Womac

Kathryn Sue Womac, 76, of Cleveland, TN passed away on September 19, 2025. She was born on June 28, 1949 to the late Ralph Gates and Dorothy Gates.

Kathy loved gardening and working with flowers. She made beautiful silk floral arrangements for many years. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband James Womac.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: James Womac and Lisa Womac; sister Linda Gentry (Jim); grandchildren: Matthew Womac (Desiree), Tanner Garrett, Blake Trentham (Kristen), and Tucker Trentham; great grandchildren: Rylan, Bentley, Alaynah, Paisley, Lakelyn, and Arietta. In addition to these she leaves behind special niece Kristy Gentry Cox (Andy) and numerous extended family members and friends.

Kathy will be laid to rest with a graveside service at 3pm on Monday September 22, 2025 at Womac Cemetery in Riceville, TN.
