Kathy Argue Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Suchon Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Plymouth on Jan. 3, 2026.
At the age of 70, our beloved sister and aunt Kathy Lucille Argue passed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and family devotion. She passed quietly at home in Cascade, WI December 31st, 2025
Born to Cecil and Lucille (Richards) Argue January 30, 1955 in Lakeland. FL but raised mainly in her family hometown of Arcadia, MI the family roots run deep there and along with the rest of the family she would return every summer.
She worked many years as the manager of a large nightclub, Sam's Wells Fargo in Moline, IL as well as bartending jobs at the Bear Lake Bar in Bear Lake, MI and the Ten Pin in Beulah, MI. A fiercely loyal and dedicated worker she held several occupations before retiring to Cascade, WI to be near more of her family.
She was dedicated to her Arabian horse Lyric and made daily trips to feed and care for him and riding nearly up to the time of her passing. She doted on her many nieces and nephews and was a great, fun aunt to all of them.
She was a gifted artist and has passed on her talents to her younger kin as well as leaving a wealth of paintings and artwork. All the nieces and nephews adored her because she was a ball of fire with wild stories, made up games and pranks, treasure maps that lead to treasure chests. More than you can imagine, because we don't have her vivid imagination. I think every little kid felt like they were her favorite because she made them all feel that way.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Cecil and Lucille Argue and her older sister Sue Anne Argue as well as her beloved nephew Kenny Price.
She is survived by siblings Bill (Twinette) Richley, Jack (Billie) Richley, Cecil Jr (Ande) Argue, Peggy (Scott) Minzenmeyer, Nancy Price, and Greg (Debbie) Argue. She leaves a list of nieces and nephews too long to list as well as a long list of dedicated friends in several states.
There are no immediate services planned. A friends and family gathering to honor her memory will take place in Arcadia, MI this July.
