Services for Kathy Boles, 75, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 8, 2024, at Westhill Church of Christ. Dr. Derek McNamara and Randy Mayfield officiating. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be 12-1:00 P.M., prior to the service.
Kathy passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, in Cleburne. She was born November 25, 1948, in Cleburne to John William and Jessie Ilene (Newton) Beckham. She married James P. Boles on January 19, 1991, in Cleburne. Kathy was a teacher in Cleburne ISD for 36 years teaching fourth and fifth grade. She received her master’s degree from TCU and her BA from Abilene Christian University. She loved to paint and was a collector of teddy bears, angels, crosses, and pottery. She loved collecting things. Kathy was always willing to donate her time, resources, and talents to anyone in need. She loved people. Kathy grew up at Westside Church of Christ and ended her life as a member of The Silver Eagles at Westhill Church of Christ. Memorials can be made to the Bridge at Westhill Church of Christ.
Kathy is survived by her cousins, Allisan (Sandi) Blann, Dan Temple, Michael Temple, Anita Gibson and her daughters, and Jean McWilliams.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
