Kathy Corzine, 66, of Johnston City, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Herrin Hospital.
Kathy was born on October 14, 1958, in Elgin, Illinois to Santo and Barbara (Tuescher) Sciluffo. Kathy grew up at the Lake In The Hills, Illinois. She married the love of her life, Fredrick Ernest Corzine, on January 12, 1983, in Marion. They shared 41 years of marriage together, before he preceded her in death on November 3, 2024.
Kathy was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren. She loved to bake, especially around the holidays. Everyone loved her homemade pies.
She is survived by her children, John (Candy) Sciluffo of Memphis, TN, Jennifer (Terry) Vaughn of Marion, Anthony (Sara) Sciluffo of Johnston City, Nick (Alishia) Sciluffo of Millington, TN, Tiffany Muthanna of Johnston City, Dakota Muthanna of Johnston City, and Patrick Cook of Millington, TN; grandchildren, Tra-ann, Keith (Brooklyn), Vanessa, Justin, Donavan (Breanna), Ashley, Trenton, Madilyn (Gavin), Elizabeth, Amyah, Peyton, Jordyn, Briana, Leah, Cameron, and Daleyza; great-grandchildren, Malaiya, Raelynn and one on the way; siblings, Susanna Cook, Santo (Rachel) Sciluffo, Domineck Sciluffo, and Gina (Alex) Patchett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband; brothers, Robert Bond, Frank Sciluffo, Joseph Sciluffo, Kevin Sciluffo; sister, Barabara Streit.
Kathy gave the gift of life through organ donation.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Community Chapel Church in Marion with Pastor Donnie Colson officiating.
