Mrs. Kathy Mae Lee, age 68, of Dover, TN, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, TN. Born on December 1, 1956, in Stewart County, TN, she was the beloved daughter of the late Marshall Keatts and Haley Heflin Keatts.
Kathy was a dedicated and hardworking woman who poured her heart into her community. She was the proud founder and owner of Kathy's Kafe, which she operated from 2002 to 2018. Her warm smile, welcoming spirit, and home-cooked meals made the restaurant a cherished local gathering place for many years. Her commitment to the community was evident through her tireless efforts to raise funds for those in need, making a lasting impact on countless lives.
Above all, Kathy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family meant the world to her, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and strength.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary Lee; her brother, Timmy "TK" Keatts; and her sister, Patsy Wilson.
She is survived by her two sons, Terry Lee (Cathy) and Tristan Lee; her brothers, Tony Keatts, David Keatts, and James Keatts; her grandchildren, Bobby "Bubba" Lee, Cody Lee, Cassy Higgs, Shelby Warfield, and Dustin Kottong; and her great-grandchildren, Kaidance, Emma, Isabel, Oaklynn, Owen, Clayton, Coy, Waylon, Walton, Adi Mae, and Oliver.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m., with Bro. Wayne Jackson and Bro. William Gray officiating. Burial will follow in the Lee Family Cemetery.
Bro. Jerry Moore will serve as honorary minister.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Johnny Keatts, Michael Keatts, Hunter Keatts, Jessica Westerman, Davy Keatts, Dustin Kottong, Tommy Keatts, Shawn Wilson, Chris Hillis, Calvin Shepherd, Donnie Burkhart Jr., Jeremy Miller, and Timmy Cook.
