Kathy LEFKOWSKI

1947 - 2023

Born August 6, 1947, in Spokane, Washington, to Jack and Wanda McDonald, Kathy Lou Lefkowski passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, in Spokane Valley, Washington. A graduate of West Valley High School, Kathy received a Certificate from Beauty School and worked most of her life as Administrative Support for InerPace Inc. and the City of Spokane Prosecuting Attorney's Office where she retired in 2012. Family was everything to Kathy. Holidays were important to her as she looked forward to spending time with family and loved ones. She always provided for her two boys and loved to be with her grandchildren. Kathy had a big, caring heart that did not just stop with her family. She extended it to her friends, as well. A quick wit with a bold and vigorous personality, Kathy loved the mountains, trying out new restaurants and was a member of the Red Hat Society Club. Kathy is survived by two sons, Thomas Robert Lefkowski and Timothy Edward Lefkowski, both of Spokane Valley, WA; one sister, Judy Matson of Spokane WA; four grandchildren, Shyla Bush, Karissa Lefkowski, Lincoln and Liam Lefkowski; a great-grandchild, Alina Bush; one niece, Dina Patrick; great-niece Jessie Patrick and a great-great-nephew, Bentley Bryant. A Celebration of Life and reception will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., located at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home, 1315 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
