Kathy Diane Murchison

Kathy Diane Murchison, age 60, passed away peacefully in her childhood home surrounded by family and friends, Sunday, September 25, 2022.
Diane was born August 28,1962 to Donald and Dorothy Murchison in Llano, Texas. She enjoyed working for USAA for 27 years where she encountered many good friends. Diane was an academic scholar with two bachelor's degrees from Southwest Texas State University. She was also as an exceptional athlete where she received multiple awards. She enjoyed time spent on the family ranch, traveling, and attending many concerts with family and friends especially, Cody Jinks. But most of all she enjoyed watching her "favorite nephew" grow up.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Dorothy Murchison and other loved ones.
Diane is survived by her brother Donald Mark Murchison and nephew Keenan Donald Murchison as well as many family members and friends.
A visitation will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Harrell Funeral Home in Kingsland from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Her funeral service is planned for 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 30th, 2022, at Harrell Funeral Home in Kingsland with interment to follow at The Murchison Family Cemetery.
