Kathy was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Greg Neighbors, her son Audi Neighbors and his wife Erin, her grandson Bex Neighbors, her brother J.T. Hopkins and his wife Leslie, her father-in-law and mother-in-law John and Reccie Neighbors, her nieces Tasha Jones and her husband Joel, and Alex Duncan, her great-nieces Sadie Jones and Anslie Jones, and her sister-in-law Cristy Guffey and her husband Kevin. Mrs. Neighbors is also survived by her other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm – 9:00pm on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Olmstead Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in the Macedonia General Baptist Church.
