Kathy Arthur Rose, 54, of Victoria, VA joined her family in Heaven on August 25, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Elaine Edmonds and Franklin Arthur. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mark L. Rose; her daughter, Ashley R. Wallace, (Wayne); granddaughter, Ava Wallace; extended family and many friends. Kathy graduated from Central High School and received her LPN Degree from Southside Virginia Community College. She was the Lunenburg County Middle School nurse for many years. Kathy enjoyed tending to her flowers, cleaning and cooking, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will always be remembered for telling you what you needed to hear, whether you liked it or not. The family will receive friends graveside, Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria, Sunday August 31, 2025 from 1:40 until start of services at 2PM. For those who will be attending the service for Kathy on Sunday, August 31, 2025 the family request that you wear jeans and your favorite band t-shirt or your favorite t-shirt in general. Kathy loved music and was often seen wearing her favorite t-shirt no matter the occasion. Flowers are welcome or please consider donations to Victoria Fire and Rescue, P.O. Box 1419, Victoria, VA.
