70 year old, Kathy L. Stamper, of DeMotte, passed away on November 18, 2025.
On November 14, 1955, Kathy was born to James and Eva (Drapac) McGregor, on US 30 enroute to the hospital. She graduated from Highland High School, and received her Paralegal Degree from St. Joseph College. Kathy barely used her paralegal degree, instead, she spent her life owning her own housekeeping company. Kathy enjoyed cleaning, fishing, watching birds, and watching crime dramas on the tv. She, more than anything, loved spending time with her family and her friends.
Kathy is survived by her husband: David Stamper, children: William (Natalie Zacher) Stamper, Douglas (Angela) Stamper, Matthew Stamper, Sarah (Christopher) Lukasik, 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and siblings: Patti (Tom) Woronecki, Michael McGregor, and Debbie McGregor.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: David McGregor, Tim McGregor, and sisters: Linda Connelly, and Colleen Romesburg.
Per Kathy’s wishes cremation will take place.
