Kathy M. Wimberley passed away at her home in Waddy, KY on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Kathy was born in Paris, TN on October 29, 1951 and was the daughter of The late Phillip Snow and Dorothy Odom. She married Jimmy D. Wimberley, also from Paris, on October 17, 1969.
Kathy is survived by her husband; a son, John (Ashley) Wimberley; two daughters, Kristin (Megan) Casey and Amber (Tim) Wimberley; two brothers, Eddie Snow and Danny Snow; one sister, Patsy Medlock; and three grandsons she adored.
Along with her parents, Kathy was proceeded in death by her sister, Beverly Anderson.
Kathy was guided by her faith in Christ and lived out that faith in love, kindness, and service to others. She worked as a Head Start teacher for many years and retired as a Quality Mentor for Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative. She loved her family fiercely and her favorite times were those surrounded by the ones she loved. Kathy will be missed by all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the lives of those her love and life touched.
