Kathy Sue Wolpert, 73, of Helena, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on Monday June 16, 2025. She was born on June 23, 1951, to the late James & Willivene (Beers) Bonnette in Rural Valley, PA. Kathy married Henry A. Wolpert on July 31, 1971, in Vickery, Ohio.

Surviving Kathy is her husband of 54 years, Henry, her sons Karl (Julie) Wolpert of Denver, CO, Joshua Wolpert of Helena, OH, and Jordan (Lynnlee) Wolpert of Gibsonburg, OH and her daughter Kimberly (Jay) Saldana of Findlay, OH, sister-in-law Lianne Bonnette of Clyde, OH, grandchildren Nathanial, Cassidy, Reymond, Bryson, Breanna, Declan, Samuel, Henry and one on the way, great-grandchildren Catalina, Patricia and Violet. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and brother Roger Bonnette.

Kathy started working at Singer Control in Fremont for 5 years and then went to work at Whirlpool in Clyde for 13 years and has been working at the St. James Lutheran Church as their secretary. She enjoyed quilting, gardening but mostly spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday June 18, 2025, at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio. Additional visitation will be held from 10-11:00 am Thursday June 19, 2025, at St. James Lutheran Church in Bradner, Ohio where a Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Melanie Haack officiating. The burial will be at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Scott Township. A bereavement luncheon will immediately follow back at St. James Lutheran Church. Memorial donations may be made to St. James Lutheran Church or Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Online condolences may be made to Kathy's family at www.barndtfuneralhome.org.
