Katie Beasley Obituary
Fuquay Varina, NC: Mrs. Katie Jones Beasley, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM-Monday, November 28, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Beasley. Burial will follow in Raleigh Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC.
Mrs. Beasley was born on April 24, 1947 in Harnett County, NC to the late Lester and Amelia Cathern Smith Jones. She was also preceded in death by her brother, R.L. Jones and sisters, Edna Byrd and Helen Cline. Mrs. Beasley was a homemaker, and a retired office manager. Mrs. Beasley loved to fish and spend time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Carson Linwood Beasley; children, Douglas Beasley and wife Jeri, and Amelia Dawn B. Sears and husband, Rodney; grandchildren, Joel Beasley and wife, Taylor, Josh Beasley, Jerid Beasley, and Brandon Pernell; two great-grandchildren, Jace Beasley and Cayden Pernell; sister, Kathryn Price, and husband Woody; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM-Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC and other times at the home.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans https://www.ihelpveterans.org/.

Thinking of you all during this difficult time. I was lucky enough to see Miss Katie every 5 weeks as we got to spend a couple hours together chatting it up while I did her hair. I will miss those times and those conversations. She was such a caring loving and funny lady, always had a smile on her face! You will be missed Miss Katie, we love you!

Known at KnB´s as Miss Katie, she was small but mighty. I will miss her quick witted comments that would make me belly-laugh, her warm smile and her loving hugs. My deepest condolences. What a beautiful legacy she created. May she rest in peace and may the family find comfort knowing the many, many lives she touched - we are all sending strength and love. I will miss you, Miss Katie. With All my love

My deepest sympathy goes out to Lb and family. Katie was a big part in my life as she helped me in my business, KnB's Marketplace. She was a strict worker and took it serious. She loved our customers and enjoyed helping her husband in his jewelry. I always said and called her my second mama. She want old enough. We shared lots of family stories. She finally told me, I need to come run my business. Of course, I always did what she said. I sure hate this for her family. But, Katie lived her life. I loved her dearly. She was a straight shooter. Prayers for her family. Katie, loved you and will miss you girl.
