Katie Lynn Gift, 27, of Fort Pierce, FL, passed away on November 24, 2025. She was born on June 24, 1998, in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Katie is survived by her beloved children, Owen Nicholas, Marceline Clair, and Louie James Gift; her parents, Tim and Laura Jean Verriotto Gift; and her grandmother, Mary Lou Gift, all of Fort Pierce, FL. Katie attended White City Elementary, Central High School, and Keiser College. A hardworking and creative soul, she owned a pool business and was an independent bakery event organizer. She had a deep love for the outdoors and an even deeper love for the animals she cared for—dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, quail, and turkeys. She found joy in gardening and had a unique passion for taxidermy.
Katie also loved motorcycles and had an admiration for old cars and trucks. In high school, she proudly modded her old corvette convertible, reflecting her adventurous spirit and hands-on nature. She had a big heart, a free spirit that moved with the wind, and a caring nature that touched everyone who knew her.
Katie loved flowers and the family is encouraging you to send flowers because of the sunshine they bring into people’s lives.
