Kay was born on February 28, 1962 and passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018. Kay was a resident of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at West Green Tree Church of the Brethren, 740 Greentree Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 with Pastor Mick Allen officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service. Private burial will be at the convenience of the family.
