Sharon "Kaye" Cox, 74 of Tulsa, OK., passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024, in Tulsa, OK.
Kaye was born on November 15, 1949, in Welling, OK to Jimmie Bitting and Lila "Marie' Swepston. Kaye graduated from Oologah High School in 1968. Kaye excelled in many career paths starting with National zinc in the 80's, Oral Robert's Secretary, Superior Manufacturing, and then in the later years The Pop Shoppe in Dewey along with Kim's Quick Stop in Dewey.
Kaye met her love Paul Cox Jr., and the two later married and started a family. Kaye had many great loves and passions in life but nothing greater than that of being a mother and granny. Her greatest moments in life are held high by the births of her children and grandchildren. She loved her dogs and she will be forever missed.
Kaye is preceded in death by her mother Lila "Marie" Swepston Hall and her father Jimmie Bitting.
She is survived by her husband, Paul John Cox Jr.; her sisters Carol (Tracy) Carter and Patricia (Dan) Grimm her children, Tara Cox, Cory (Maggie) Cox, Stacie Cox, and Antoine Morris; Grandchildren, Christopher Cox, Michael Cox, Cameron Cox, Collin Cox, Makaila Cox, Mackenzie Cox, and Kyrie Morris; Great-grandchildren, Josiah Grayson, Xavier Grayson, and Kaevion Cox; And a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins along with many many more.
