A Friend From High School
September 9, 2008
I know Janice from high school and I heard her daughter was sick.
The Bible tells us that our minds cannot comprehend the things that God has prepared for us. Your daughter is so happy right now. Living. Laughing. Playing. No tears. No pain.
The best thing is that, through Jesus, you'll get to see her again. And, for all eternity!!! That's why Jesus is called our "blessed hope."
You have people praying for you. May God comfort all of you.

Dear Janice, Kevin, Kristyn, and Kelsy,
Please know that dear little Kayla rests now in God's loving arms, free of the battle with her cancer and never to suffer again! You all are in our prayers, and always in our thoughts. All of you have been the most brave and strong people I have ever known.
We love you all!

When Kayla's Aunt Patsy Davis came to class, she told us all of Kayla's brave fight. Kayla and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Kayla is at peace now and our prayers continue for your family's peace as well. Sincerely, Deborah Inaba for all class members of WRC Group Exercise

Kevin & Janice,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. I was devastated when I got the news. So sorry that we've not been in touch for so long. You have always held a special place in my heart. It is so hard to let go of one we love when God choses to call them home. Take comfort in the fact that she is now in His loving hands. Call me sometime: 304-472-8164 or 304-613-9165. Love, Kathy

I was so sorry to hear about Kayla, but know she is in Heaven with God. When I think of her it makes all my problems seem so small. She was so brave and an inspiration to many. I had a son who passed away as an infant - now he will have a playmate. God love you all and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Your family has been in our thoughts and prayers since we first heard about Kayla's illness. Our hearts go out the all of you. The suffering for Kayla is gone and she is now in God's hands. What a beautiful healed angel she is up in heaven right now. We will continue to keep you in our prayers for strength to endure. Remember all the good and fun times with Kayla and how bravely she fought her illness. She is so at peace now!
