Kedrick Byes departed this life in Dallas, TX, on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at the age of 60. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Kedrick was educated in the Orleans Parish School System, and he was employed as a construction worker. Beloved son of Judith B. Byes and the late Eldridge Byes. Devoted father of Kayla Diamond Byes, and Keyon Hope Byes. Brother of Berlin Byes, Bryant Byes, Ray Lee, Plorenda Whiting, Stephanie Byes, Elaine Newton, and the late Elliott Byes, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 11:00a.m. Pastor Walter Byes officiating; Pastor Norman Francis Host Pastor.
