Keith Patrick Avery, 72, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024, in Mountain Home. He was born on June 10, 1952, in Staples, Minnesota to Thomas and Eileen (Roscoe) Avery. Keith married Zelda Arnold on February 11, 1994, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked for twenty years operating a water treatment plant in Alexandria, Minnesota. Upon retiring, he and Zelda moved to Cohasset, Minnesota and lived there several years before relocating to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 2023.
Keith enjoyed trail riding and was an active member of ROAR, the Runestone Off-Road ATV Club and the Trailblazers Snow Mobile Club. He loved being out in his shop woodworking, tinkering with automotive engines and repairing anything and everything for anyone that would ask.
He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Zelda (Arnold) Avery of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his mother, Eileen Avery of Little Falls, Minnesota; one son, Joe Avery (Amy) of Cherry Valley, Illinois; one daughter, Mandy Hanley (John) of Green Bay, Wisconsin; one step-daughter, T.J. Fuller (Jerome) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Shannon, John and Ryan Hanley, Adelaide and Elowyn Avery and Hayden Fuller; three sisters, Debbie Oslund (Howard) of Little Falls, Minnesota, Sue Flossi (Leo) of Boomer, Wisconsin and Mary Wiczek (Jim) of Little Falls, Minnesota and multiple nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Avery.
A memorial celebration will be announced and held later in Minnesota.
