Keith Leighton Bangs, 65, of Orangeville passed away Wednesday April 2, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born September 11, 1959 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Don E. and Lois (Hanburry) Bangs.
He graduated from Millville High School class of 1978. Keith was serving as the Greenwood Township Supervisor and Roadmaster for the past 13 years. He was previously employed by Heritage Acres Tree Farm and Great Dane Trailers. He was a member of Millville Fire Co., Mill-Green United Methodist Church, PSATS, and Bloomsburg Archery Club where he was the Vice President. Keith enjoyed going hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Keith is survived by his wife the former Diane Fisher, whom he married August 18, 1979, four children; Joseph Bangs wife Jana, Joshua Bangs wife Amanda, Jared Bangs, Johanna Stanley husband JD, seven grandchildren: Gianna, Sophia, Leighton, Carson, Natalie, Mason, and Brooklyn. As well as sister Pamela Bangs and brother Daniel Bangs.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents as well as his son Jason Bangs.
Services will be Thursday April 10, 2025 at noon at Mill-Green United Methodist Church, 75 S. State St., Millville with his pastor, Pastor Robert Strozyk officiating. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until time of service at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bloomsburg Archery Club, 214 Thomas Road, Bloomsburg, PA, 17815.
